2. Manufacturing and Dispatch Time
- All our products are handmade, which requires 1-4 business days for manufacturing before dispatch.
- Once the product is ready, it will be dispatched and shipped via our chosen courier services. We will notify you via email once your item has been dispatched, including a tracking number if applicable.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- After dispatch, the shipping timeframe is typically 4-5 business days for deliveries within the UK.
- For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local customs procedures, and shipping carrier availability. Estimated international delivery times will be provided at checkout.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., public holidays, strikes, extreme weather).
4. Delivery Costs
- Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, product weight, and shipping method selected. All shipping charges, including standard and express options, will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.
- For international orders, any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the delivery cost at checkout.

6. Delivery Address and Accuracy

- If you need to update or change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be made once the item has been dispatched.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping fees may apply.
7. Tracking Information

- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the shipping carrier.
8. Late or Delayed Deliveries

- For packages confirmed as lost by the courier, we will issue a replacement or a full refund, subject to the courier’s investigation and claim process.

11. Split Shipments

- Each item in a split shipment will have its own tracking number (if applicable) and separate delivery timeline. You will be notified about any split shipments via email.
12. Damaged or Missing Items
- Upon receiving your order, inspect the package for any visible damage. If your item is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- To file a claim for damaged items, we may request photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and product. Depending on the nature of the damage, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
- If an item is missing from your order but is marked as delivered, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the courier.

- If you place a pre-order for an item, the estimated manufacturing and shipping time will be provided at the time of purchase. Pre-ordered items will be dispatched as soon as they are available and in accordance with the timelines mentioned above.

- We are not liable for any failure to deliver or delays caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or governmental restrictions.
